I have a question ... I have your covered clay baker ( I use it most to make your Three Cheese Semolina Bread ... simply out of this world!!) Could I use that clay pan to bake a loaf of this baguette? If so, should I line the baker with parchment or soemthing else to keep dough from sticking? If you baker is a well seasoned baker and the Three cheese bread comes out ok, you should be ok with the baguette too. Have fun with it. Mary@KAF
