I find it curious that you use the sprinkle and sweep method for measuring flout for this recipe, ABin5 uses the scoop and sweep and this is apparently from their recipe.
Also, they make it clear that for the initial 2 hour rise, you should not seal the container air tight..If you do that the bread will not rise properly.
Ah, bread baking is SO forgiving, eh, Clarice? We always use the sprinkle/sweep method; and we share recipes with Jeff & Zoe, thus the conversion. All good. I usually plop the top on my dough bucket loosely for the 2-hour rise. But if I snap it tight - it's OK, the dough still rises. As I said - SO forgiving of our human foibles! thanks for connecting - PJH
