I followed this recipe very carefully, weighted the ingredients, watched it rise to the top of the dough bucket then I refrigerated overnight as instructed. The next day I removed he dough, shaped as instructed but the dough spread out sideways and really did not rise - even in the oven. Don't get me wrong, it tasted incredible, but I wanted to find out if I may have not done something right? My bread did not look like your bread - now this was my first time making bread - so maybe I need to give it another try, but why didn't it come up and straighten out in the oven?
