Since my husband had a stroke, I've not been able to leave him for long. After 20 years, I'm baking bread again. Boy I didn't realize how much I missed this activity. I love baguettes but never knew how to make them. I'm going to try this recipe tomorrow. Can't wait. Who knew about weighing flour. I think I'll try that with all bread recipes. Weighing is the way to go, Karen - welcome back to the wonderful world of homemade bread! PJH
