I decided to give the recipe a try, putting the dough in my largest bowl. It wasn't big enough. I had dough all over the top of the stove and down the front, probably a loaf's worth. I scraped off the dried bits, put a new piece of plastic wrap over it and put it in the fridge overnight. I never let cooking mishaps ruin my mood or hamper things too long. This morning I divided the dough, getting, as I suspected, three loaves, shaped the loaves and let them rise and put them into the oven. Despite the mishap, the bread was delicious. I won't, however, used waxed paper again, took a while to peel it all away. I'll definitely make this bread again, but I'll put it in a bucket next time. This type of dough does need a lot of room to rise. Glad that at least the bread was delicious. Joan D@bakershotline
