Hi Diane! Wrapped well you can freeze this or pretty much any bread that isn't gluten-free for up to three months. Our Easy Crusty Baguettes recipe is written for the Emile Henry Baguette Baker so you could follow the instructions in shaping and baking from that recipe using this dough. Happy baking!
