I have used Swans Down or Softasilk as available in military commissaries in Europe. I do order from KA online and appreciate KA mailing to APO/FPO addresses - not all USA companies will do this. I would bake a cake, probably this Berry Cake, for my daughter upon her return from Iraq. She will bring my 12 year old grand-daughter home with her. She has been with her uncle, who is caring for her during her recovery from a broken knee and leg (surgery and 5 screws to repair). It will be a Homecoming for both.
