1) Yes, I have used Swan's Down and Silk cake flour, any kind available in near grocery store. I've always wondered why KAF doesn't produce cake flour besides cake mixes. And finally KAF cake four is on the market. I can't wait to use it. 2) I need to bake a birthday cake for my hubby's birthday coming soon in August.
