Who knew that there was such a thing as cake flour?!? Obviously, I haven't done a lot of baking in the past but have begun to since I discovered your recipe site and blog. Even I have been able to make some delicious baked goods (love the bicotti and mini cheesecakes). The ultimate compliment was when my mother said "tell me who really made the cinnamon streusel coffee cake". I would bake a birthday cake for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday in September.
