This cake looks delicious. I can't wait to try it. Thank you for all of your wonderful recipes. The store I shop at carries Swans Down so that is what I use. I have used your KAF unbleached flour and whole wheat flour and I love them. I'm the baker in my family. I will bake my special cake for my parents. They have been dealing with my moms escalated health issues and my dad has really had to pick up the slack and do most of the chores around the house and help my mom. We will be celebrating her 85th birthday in October, so we look forward to that. My parents are role models of strength and courage to our whole family.
