1.) As I have been baking for nearly sixty years, I have used several brands of cake flour. Now I use Queen Guinevere for my cakes. I will try the new one in the fall when it is available. 2.) I would make a special cake for my birthday in September which my children and grandchildren would be here to enjoy.
