Well, I have not used cake flour before, because it was always bleached, and I am actually quite excited to find some unbleached cake flour. I would make this cake for our 7 year old Lilly, who loves any cake I make, and right now, has really deserved a good cake. She just had surgery yesterday and could use a pick-her-up!
