Yes, I have used Softasilk Cake Flour and have always wondered why some cake recipes call for cake flour, others all-purpose flour. I love your blog and explanation of bleached vs unbleached cake flour. My daughter and grandchildren are visiting in mid-August so I will bake this cake for them.
