Used Swans Down cake flour for cakes and surprisingly pancakes. Makes the best pancakes ever. I would bake a cake for my best friend and his wife. She has a birthday coming up the middle of the month and they have been my rock for over 35 years now. Least i can do for them. This particular cake looks like it would be a winner for them and for me.
