I am soo excited to try this new flour, if only to make this delicious looking cake! 1. I have used cake flour before, Pilsbury SoftaSilk, but only because that is the only brand that my grocery store carries 2. Upon winning the free box of King Arthur Unbleached Cake Flour, I would bake a cake for my mom and my brother when I go to visit them at the end of the month.
