1. I've used Soft As Silk occasionally. The smell of it is rather unpleasant since I use unbleached flour the rest of the time. Unbleached cake flour would be a godsend! 2. It's a bit late now, but I'd bake a cake for Crystal Chappell, whose b-day is today!
