I am excited to try this new flour. In our local grocery stores in the Midwest, they only carry Softasilk which I haven't tried. Upon winning a box of flour, I would bake the cake in recognition of my moms, my oldest brother and my own birthday which fall within 3 days of each other coming at the end of September.
