Thanks for sharing this beautiful cake! Yes, I use cake flour all the time for chiffon cakes particularly. I have many memorable years of baking cakes with my mother and sisters-in-law for birthdays and other occasions. We make several flavors of chiffon cakes, and recently I discovered banana chiffon cake. If I win, I will share the KA unbleached cake flour and this recipe with my aunt who also likes to bake.
