1) Yes, I have used Swans Down cake flour, I think it was for a bread recipe. It didn't turn out the way I thought it should and I was super shocked at the price. Tho, I must say I was impressed with smoothness of the flour, I had never used cake flour before. 2.) I have two birthdays comming up in the next couple weeks. My oldest boy will be 18 and then my hubby's is a few days later. I can't wait till I can try it.
