1. No, I've never used cake flour. I use unbleached AP for just about everything (except bread), just like I learned from my mother and grandmother. 2. I'd bake a lovely cake for my 89 year old mother who appreciates delicious food. I like the idea of unbleached cake flour and am anxious to try it. This cake looks beautiful!
