I have used SwansDown cake flour in the past; am very interested in trying this one. I would bake a cake for my veterinarian, who is making daily house calls so that my very elderly greyhound does not have to have the stress of going to his office for his daily bandage changes. (He also likes to bake so I am certain that he would be very happy to receive a cake baked with this flour!)
