1) Have you ever used any brand of cake flour before? Yes- I have Swan's Down cake flour in the pantry. I use cake flour for very delicate cakes. I'm excited to see that you are launching your own! 2) Who would you bake a special cake for, if you won a box of our Unbleached Cake Flour Blend? It would definitely be a big chocolate cake for my husband, he is a sweet sweet guy and deserves it :)
