I've used King Arthur cake flour before with great results. I can't wait to try the icing tip in this recipe; I've never thought of it. I would bake this delicious cake for my mom. She used to love to cook and to eat before becoming ill. Now, the only thing she wants is ice cream, cake or pie, bless her heart!
