I always have cake flour on hand, whatever the closest store has and unfortunately it's never Guinevere. Right now it's Swan's Down. If I won, my grandmother has a hand-me-down recipe for a nut cake that she loves, but never makes. During the holidays I make it for her and would use the unbleached cake flour.
