Yes, I have used Swans Down Cake Flour. A year ago I retired as a hospital rehab manager. I started immediately after to begin interning as a pastry chef in a wonderful bakery. I would definitely use the flour to bake a cake for the bakery and thank them for one year of fabulous fun and learning!
