I would love to try some KA cake flour, in the past have only tried Swansdown , which has been around for who knows how long? I usually make a Raspberry lemon cake this time of year , when my Raspberries are in full bloom... I use my homemade jam in the layers, too! I would make this cake and bring it to my daughter and fiance as they have just bought a new house and this would be such a lovely welcome surprise...not to mention how delicious it looks.. going home tonite to tackle it....The ring of frosting is a great idea.. thank you.
