I love KAF products, this will be great to try! 1) I've used Softasilk or Swan cake flour since that was what was available in my local grocery store. (I somehow never got around to ordering Guinevere.) 2) If I would bake a cake for my co-workers. They love to hate me and I probably bake for them at least twice a month. They're my biggest fans and tasters! ;)
