1) Have you ever used any brand of cake flour before? Yes. Swan. 2) Who would you bake a special cake for, if you won a box of our Unbleached Cake Flour Blend? - I'd bake a belated BDay for the President! (it's his BDay today 8/4) and then I'd whip up a cake for friends of mine who have been so kind to little ol' unemployed me.
