1) I tried a brand of regular cake flour (Softasilk?) ONCE, but the bleaching freaked me out! I think I used it for one thing and threw the rest away. Have never used bleached flour otherwise. 2) I'd bake a birthday cake for my husband. His birthday is later this month and he is very encouraging and supportive of all my baking efforts :)
