I have never used cake flour before. I volunteer for the Minnesota Fringe Festival, which is the largest non-juried theater festival in the United States. If I won a box of the special cake flour, I would bake a cake for the Festival staff, who have had to put up with more disgruntled theater-goers than I even thought could exist.
