I have used SoftasSilk cake flour before, but would much rather have an unbleached flour. I hope the stores carry it in Alaska. If I were to make a cake with your new flour, it would be my husband's favorite chocolate angelfood cake. Yum! ask tyour store manager to keep a look out for it. And tell him you would be interested in buying it. Mary @ KAF
