I've used Pillsbury and Swan's cake flour in the past but stopped due to concerns about bleached flour, so this is an exciting development! I would bake lots of cupcakes since there's so many excellent people to bake for, and could mail to the ones far away or freeze until they're near again. Some would go to work here for people celebrating birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries; some might end up as a wedding cake gift to some couples getting married soon; some would go to family further away like my younger brother and his family on the military base. And of course some to my husband and I - someone has to make the sacrifice for quality control!
