I just noticed that the recipe for this cake calls for one whole egg in addition to the egg whites - but in your blog tutorial, you don't mention adding the whole egg. Which is right. This is just too good to mess up so I don't want to! :-) Hi Janet, The recipe does need the whole egg as well. I have edited the blog post to make this more clear.
