I've used cake flour before, mostly when it was called for in my default birthday cupcake recipe - from the Magnolia Bakery cookbook. Were I to win the free cake flour, I'd use it to bake a cake (or cupcakes) with my son. Since the birth of son #2, the older son and I have been bonding over things that the baby can't yet do -- like cooking and baking. And he LOVES cakes.
