I do use cake flour (Swan's Down) when I am baking cakes (and with 5 kids, it feels like I am ALWAYS baking a birthday cake!) :) Who would I bake for? Well, as the 4 oldest kids are going back to school in a few weeks, I'd be baking a "Happy First Day of School" cake!
