Just out of curiosity... what icing do they use in the Baking Ed Center? I'm assuming simple fondant with confectioner's sugar, milk, butter, flavor extract, and a little food coloring? Or is it something a little more fun? Thanks in advance! For the kids, I believe it was just confectioners' sugar, milk (maybe cream), and food color - nothing fancy, Joey - PJH
