In looking at this recipe, I am surprised to see that it is made with vegetable oil instead of butter. Could I use butter instead of oil to get a richer result? I haven't tried the recipe yet, and by the sounds of the comments on the blog, no one has complained about the taste of the bread. But, I wonder if incorporating a little butter into the dough might make up for the water dipping. Your thoughts on this? Thank you! I just love King Arthur!
