These look wonderful! I've seen some pretty quiches baked in a rectangular (e.g. 13x4 inch) fluted tart pan - could I adapt the 9-inch version or the mini version for that presentation? The 9" version would be the best place to start experimenting. Have fun! ~ MaryJane
