I have the Signature Secrets Culinary Thickener. Can it be used in this recipe? I've always used plain flour to thicken the crisps and cobblers. Yes you may use Signature Secrets Culinary Thickener in this recipe. Just follow the instructions on the package. Joan@bakershotline.
