Thankfully I live in a state that produces peaches (Oregon), though it will be a little while yet before they are ripe and ready to pick. During the years when the crop is good I can a couple of batches so if next year it's not so hot, I've hopefully got some to tide me over. I love mixing peaches with blueberries. Yum.
