Omitted the espresso, doubled the chocolate, and upped the vanilla to 1 tablespoon and made a super rich dark chocolate ice cream base for the Oreos. Used skim milk and noticed no texture or richness difference-- maybe because of the 2 cups heavy cream. A keeper, thank you.
