We found your blog entry when we searched for strawberry sorbet seeds or no seeds. My daughter and I were making the churned recipe and ran into the step where you try to strain out the seeds. We didn't have any chinois cloth so we tried the strainer. After pressing and rubber spatula-ing 1/4 of a cup we decided that seeds were just fine!
