We tried the recipe tonight. Asiago rounds, grilled zucchini, potato salad and chicken. My better half liked the rounds. I'm not too sure I like them. I didn't make the caponata, I think that or some pesto would add a lot. We'll need to try them on the grill again. (The neighbor's dog liked the ones that were a bit too charred for us to eat.) - Wingboy
