I went with melted butter over oil, and I’m an idiot but didn’t think to let it cool before adding it and it looks like I cooked the eggs a bit. Sigh. Is my dough trash? This is my first time making the sticky buns and of course it’s to drop off with various family members tomorrow. Thanks for your help!
