HI Suzanne, Sorry for the confusion with the printed recipe. If you check out the video on the blog, it seems a little clearer. The recipe CAN make 3 batches of rolls, but because you don't have to make 3 batches at once, the filling/sticky measures are for a single batch. If you want to make more sticky, try upping the sticky bun sugar, or using a little corn syrup or golden syrup as well. Those invert syrups help keep things liquid and gooey. ~ MJ
