Hello, Bino! Any recipe that makes 12 scones will fit perfectly into the Mini-Scone Pan. We recommend using a plastic bowl or dough scraper to pick up the scone dough and spread it into the wells, flattening out the dough by running it across the top of the pan. We hope this helps! Morgan@KAF
