How did you store the scones? Assuming they are not all eaten immediately :-) Great photos also. Can't wait to try. Thanks. In a plastic bag on the counter. As I mentioned, they were still fine 4 days later, when the last of them finally disappeared. They stayed MUCH fresher than unglazed scones. PJH
