I almost always make mini scones. if I make full size ones, they end up getting broken into smaller pieces by people who claim that a big scone is just too much. It also makes a single batch easily serve a large crowd. I'm tired of taking out my silicon mat and then cleaning it up afterwards, so now I usually just use my small cookie scoop. I am also glad to see the link to the weights chart. Is there any chance KAF could print this as a two sided page (or maybe two double sided pages) and laminate it? I'd gladly pay for something like this so I don't have to keep pulling out cookbooks to look something up. I could print it out myself, but I know I'll spill on it and need to keep reprinting it.
