I love this icing! I've made it several times to top several different cupcake recipes. Can you tell me how to make it chocolate? I am making vanilla toffee cupcakes and thought that this icing in chocolate would really put them over the top. I really didn't want to use chocolate Italian meringue buttercream because buttercream of any sort can be overpowering.
