Hello. Lovely frosting. I am baking a cake now and will use this recipe. Did you say how much sugar to boil in the water? I didn't see the measurements. Thanks for your reply. The pictures were so helpful with the eggwhites. I never know exactly how much to whip them. Hello Paula - I believe the recipe calls for the entire cup of sugar to be boiled.
